Juan Alvarez

Juan started his five-year apprenticeship in 2002 for a commercial plumbing company in Chicago. Upon completing his apprenticeship, Juan became a supervisor overseeing hospital rehab, office build-outs, and rehabs. He spent three years as superintendent of the plumbing division of a national mechanical contractor, going on to build modular medical exam rooms built offsite. Juan ventured out on his own in 2018 and moved to middle Tennessee in 2020, where he started Mid 10 Plumbing.

Working as a union plumber in Chicago, Juan became trained in commercial and residential construction, service work, plan reading, drawing, sanitary waste, ventilation systems, domestic water piping, water main distribution, and much more.
